Effective 6 September 2026. These terms cover your use of the Flipbox iOS app. Using the app means you accept them.
Flipbox is a player. You bring the content, you are responsible for having the right to it, and we make no claim about anything you connect.
1 · What Flipbox is
Flipbox is a media player application. It provides no television channels, streams, videos or other content, and no directory, search or discovery of content. It is a neutral tool, in the way a web browser is a neutral window.
2 · Your content, your responsibility
You supply the playlists, addresses and credentials the app plays. You confirm that you have the legal right to access anything you load, and that you are responsible for complying with the law where you live and with the terms of whichever provider you use. We do not review, endorse, host, index or monetise any content you access, and we have no relationship with any provider.
3 · Prohibited use
You may not use Flipbox to access content you are not authorised to access.
4 · Purchases and subscriptions
Flipbox Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Everything is billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You manage and cancel everything in your App Store account settings, not here.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store, in your local currency.
5 · The free tier
Features that ship free stay free. We will not move an existing free feature behind the paywall in a later version.
6 · No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Playback depends on your provider, your network and your device, none of which we control, and we do not warrant that any particular stream will play.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
8 · Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
